Puntos de inflexión en las trayectorias laborales de inmigrantes argentinos

Abstract

El artículo trata de identificar y analizar cuáles son los elementos de mayor relevancia que influyen en la ocurrencia de los puntos de inflexión en las trayectorias laborales ascendentes de los inmigrantes argentinos cualificados que residen en Barcelona y que han llegado luego de la crisis argentina del 2001. Para ello, realizamos ocho entrevistas biográficas en profundidad a inmigrantes de perfiles diversos. La hipótesis general que planteamos es que las redes personales son uno de los principales determinantes, ya que servirían para agilizar y/o facilitar la ocurrencia de estos puntos. Los resultados encontrados parecen contradecir la hipótesis propuesta L'article tracta d'identificar i analitzar quins són els elements de més rellevància que influeixen en l'ocurrència dels punts d'inflexió en les trajectòries laborals ascendents dels immigrants argentins qualificats que resideixen a Barcelona i que han arribat després de la crisi argentina del 2001. Per a això, realitzem 8 entrevistes biogràfiques en profunditat a immigrants de perfils diversos. La hipòtesi general que plantegem és que les xarxes personals són un dels principals determinants, ja que servirien per agilitzar i / o facilitar l'ocurrència d'aquests punts. Els resultats semblen contradir la hipòtesi proposada
