Abstract

En este trabajo se plantea la síntesis asimétrica de 1-feniletilamina (FEA) utilizando una cascada multienzimática en presencia de ω-transaminasa (ω-TA) y piruvato descarboxilasa (PDC). Tras llevar a cabo la reacción de interés utilizando PDC y dos tipos de ω-TA diferentes, procedentes de los microorganismos Chromobacterium violaceum (CviTA) y Vibrio fluvialis (VflTA), la alternativa que mejores resultados mostró fue la reacción en la que intervinieron conjuntamente la PDC y la VflTA (conversión del 60% y un rendimiento del 19,5%). Debido a los problemas de solubilidad presentados en los ensayos, aún quedan optimizaciones por realizarse en la reacción En aquest treball es planteja la síntesi asimètrica d'1-feniletilamina (FEA) utilitzant una cascada multienzimàtica en presència de ω-transaminasa (ω-TA) i piruvat descarboxilasa (PDC). Després de dur a terme la reacció d'interès utilitzant PDC i dos tipus de ω-TA diferents, procedents dels microorganismes Chromobacterium violaceum (CviTA) i Vibrio fluvialis (VflTA), l'alternativa que millors resultats va mostrar va ser la reacció en què van intervenir conjuntament la PDC i la VflTA (conversió del 60% i un rendiment del 19,5%). A causa dels problemes de solubilitat presentats als assajos, encara queden optimitzacions per realitzar-se en la reacció
