Abstract

El origen del dolor lumbar puede ser diverso pero una de las principales causa es el síndrome facetario. Este estudio tiene como objetivo determinar la eficacia diagnóstica y eficacia terapéutica de los bloqueos facetarios mediante infiltraciones guiadas por tomografía computarizada (TC). Asimismo establecer posibles indicaciones o criterios diagnósticos radiológicos del síndrome facetario El bloqueo facetario guiado por TC es un procedimiento simple, seguro y mínimamente invasivo que puede ser una terapia adyuvante en el tratamiento no quirúrgico del dolor lumbar crónico. Es esencial realizar una correcta selección de pacientes que puedan beneficiarse de dicho tratamiento. L'origen del dolor lumbar pot ser divers, però una de les principals causa és el síndrome facetari. Aquest estudi té com a objectiu determinar l'eficàcia diagnòstica i eficàcia terapèutica dels bloquejos facetaris mitjançant infiltracions guiades per tomografia computada (TC). Així mateix establir possibles indicacions o criteris diagnòstics radiològics del síndrome facetari. El bloqueig facetari guiat per TC és un procediment simple, segur i mínimament invasiu que pot ser una teràpia adjuvant en el tractament no quirúrgic del dolor lumbar crònic. És essencial realitzar una correcta selecció de pacients que es puguin beneficiar d'aquest tractament.
