Abstract

Aquest estudi tracta dels efectes dels anestèsics sobre els ritmes circadians y més concretament per a produir insomni, somnolència diürna i fatiga. Aquests símptomes es valoren amb escales validades (respectivament: Escala de la son de Epworth, escala de somnolència de Epworth i la escala de fatiga de Krupp). Es va realitzar en 30 pacients intervinguts de herniorrafia inguinal, als set dies es realitzava una enquesta (amb les escales abans esmentades). Contràriament al que esperàvem es va trobar una disminució en les puntuacions dels tests al postoperatori. Este estudio indaga sobre los efectos de los anestésicos sobre ritmos circadianos y más concretamente para producir insomnio, somnolencia diurna y fatiga. Dichos síntomas se valoran con escalas validadas (respectivamente: escala de sueño de Epworth, escala de somnolencia de Epworth y escala de Krupp). Se realizo en 30 pacientes intervenidos de herniorrafia inguinal, a los que a los siete días de la cirugía se les encuestaba (con las escalas previamente mencionadas). Contrariamente a lo esperado se encontró una disminución en las puntuaciones de los test en el postoperatorio.
