Abstract

La cirurgia refractiva és relativament nova i s’ha incrementat en les últimes dècades. La queratomileusis in situ és una de les tècniques refractives corneals més utilitzades actualment. L’astigmatisme és el defecte refractiu més freqüent i complex. Els resultats amb LASIK tòriques no són tant previsibles com en les esfèriques. La millora astigmàtica postoperatòria en aquells ulls amb astigmatisme (a favor, en contra i oblic) es manté molt estable en els controls successius (tant en miops com en hipermetrops). Existeix un descens important entre la mitjana en el preoperatori i les mitjanes dels controls successius en tots els tipus d’astigmatisme estudiats. La cirugía refractiva es relativamente nueva y ha experimentado un gran incremento en las últimas décadas. La queratomileusis in situ es una de las técnicas refractivas corneales más utilizadas en la actualidad. El astigmatismo es el defecto refractivo más frecuente y complejo. Los resultados en LASIK tóricas no son tan previsibles como las esféricas. La mejoría astigmática postoperatoria en aquellos ojos con astigmatismo (a favor, en contra y oblicuo) se mantiene muy estable a lo largo del tiempo en los controles sucesivos (tanto en miopes como en hipermétropes). Existe un descenso importante entre la media en el preoperatorio y las medias de los controles sucesivos en todos los tipos de astigmatismo estudiados.
