Essais de multiplication du pin d'Alep (Pinus halepensis Mill.) -

Abstract

Afin d'obtenir de manière efficace un nombre élevé de plants aptes à être exploités et utilisés dans un programme de reboisement (Tunisie), nous avons cherché à développer la multiplication du pin d'Alep. A cet effet, différentes méthodes ont été essayées, en particulier les possibilités de sa culture in vitro, des essais de multiplication par semis et par bourgeonnement axillaire. La germination ex vitro du pin, particulièrement celle réalisée en chambre de culture, a atteint un taux de germination supérieur à 90%. In vitro, nous avons été confronté à un problème de contamination des graines qui a constitué un véritable obstacle pour la germination. Par ailleurs, les essais de bouturage ex vitro n'ont pas été concluants en raison du dessèchement et de la nécrose rapides des boutures. Nous avons en revanche réussi le micro-bouturage in vitro avec un matériel végétal herbacé (98% de réussite) qui, une fois enraciné et au bout de 3 ou 4 mois de culture in vitro, est transféré sous serre pour acclimatation.
