Abstract

Le redéploiement de l'élevage en forêt correspond à une nouvelle demande sociale : la prévention du risque d'incendie et plus largement la lutte contre la déprise agricole. Des problèmes très complexes se posent ici aussi entre « offre, demande et territoire » mais les résultats sont encourageants.
