Abstract

Dans cet article, Pierre Quézel et Frédéric Médail s'attachent à décrire plus particulièrement la végétation arborée et arbustive des ripisylves méditerranéennes. Le caractère temporaire des cours d'eau en région méditerranéenne en fait des milieux de valeur écologique et biologique très hétérogène et donc extrêmement variés et riches. On y rencontre aussi bien une végétation typiquement européenne que méditerranéenne.
