[The ixodes tick fauna in Orenburg region].

Abstract

A total of 2665 ticks were collected in 26 administrative districts of the Orenburg Region, which belonged to 4 genera and 5 species. The proportions of the species Dermacentor marginatus, D. reticulates, Hyalomma detrium, Rhipicephalus rossicus, and Ixodes persulcatus were 60.8, 21.6, 15.6, 1, and 1%, respectively. Information is given on the species-specific composition and biodiversity of Ixodidae in different landscape and geographical zones.
