Abstract

Ara kurumlar, muhafazakârların üzerinde en çok durduğu kavramlardan biridir. Muhafazakârlar açısından ara kurumların önemi yalnızca belirli bir tarihselliğe sahip olmaları ve geleneğe yaslanıyor olmalarından kaynaklanmaz. Onların temel önemi ve işlevi, modern devletin topluma yayılma, ona nüfuz etme, baskı uygulama potansiyeli ve pratiği karşısında birer bariyer olmalarından ileri gelir. Bu çalışma, muhafazakârlığın ara kurum kavramsallaştırmasından hareketle, modern devletin totaliter niteliği/öz'ü karşısında takındıkları tutumları, getirdikleri açıklamaları ve itiraz noktalarını ele almayı amaçlamaktadır.
