Abstract

El debate social sobre la maternidad subrogada y su repercusión en el cuerpo de las mujeres y sus derechos y libertades, hace que nosotras, EmPoderArte, una asociación de mujeres artistas, elijamos esta temática para un proyecto colectivo de denuncia y reflexión. EmPoderArte propone a través de este proyecto un trabajo de concienciación y visibilización de este tema en los ámbitos culturales y sociales. Queremos plantear un conjunto de cuestiones tanto éticas como jurídicas, que subrayan la posición de vulnerabilidad de las mujeres en estas transacciones comerciales que configuran a las mujeres como objeto de uso y consumo para los demandantes de este «servicio»
