Propiedades magnéticas y estructurales de aleaciones nanocristalinas ricas en hierro

Abstract

El trabajo que se presenta trata sobre el estudio de las propiedades magnéticas y estructurales de aleaciones ferromagnéticas ricas en hierro amorfas y nanocristalinas, de las siguientes composiciones: (fe-b)96 nb3 cu1, fe77(b-nb)22 cu1 y fe88 b4 zr7 cu1. En particular, se ha estudiado sistemáticamente el papel desempeñado los átomos de nb en la nanocristalización de las aleaciones amorfas, tanto en la activación térmica de las distintas fases cristalinas, como en el control del tamaño de grano. La influencia de la microestructura en el comportamiento magnético blando de las aleaciones nanocristalinas de composición nominal fe77 b19 nb3 cu1, fe77 b18 nb4 cu1 y fe88 b4 zr7 cu1 se ha estudiado cuidadosamente mediante las técnicas de difracción de rayos-x, espectroscopia Mossbauer, ciclos de histeresis a temperatura ambiente y a través de la medida de la magnetostricción mediante resonancia ferromagnética modulada por tensión. Por ultimo, se ha investigado la evolución de las propiedades magnéticas por encima de la temperatura ambiente en todas las composiciones y estados de nanocristalización, poniéndose de manifiesto interesantes aspectos acerca del acoplamiento magnético entre los granos nanocristalinos, y cambios en la naturaleza magnética de la interfase amorfa como consecuencia de la presencia de fases magnéticas de elevada temperatura de Curie.
