Abstract

El trabajo de investigación, propone diferentes métodos para la determinación diferenciada de distintas especies de selenio .Se propone la reducción en línea de se(vi) a se(iv) y su posterior determinación por espectroscopia de absorción atómica generación de hidruros; Consiguiéndose limites de detección aptos para su aplicación a muestras de interés medioambiental. Se estudia la descomposición de diferentes especies orgánicas de selenio y su posterior determinación por acoplamiento de técnicas hplc-mo-hg-aas. Haciendo posible la determinación diferenciada de tres especies de selenio en un solo análisis. También se hace un exhaustivo estudio de la estabilidad de se(iv) y se(vi) en muestras acuosas; sometidas a diferentes condiciones de almacenamiento: ph, temperatura, contendor, adición de cloruros, luz. Por ultimo se prepararon dos materiales de referencia certificados acuosos que contienen se(iv) y se(vi); Organizándose el estudio de intercomparación y certificación previo a su obtención.
