Abstract

La tesis trata de demostrar como el éxito de determinadas políticas públicas de desarrollo regional y social como estrategia del gobierno federal para Chiapas, han desactivado el conflicto en materia agraria y generado un avance en el desarrollo de la región en el período 1994/1997, como expresión de la necesidad del gobierno mexicano de recuperar a gobernabilidad en esta zona del país.
