Cambio tecnológico y reestructuración del empleo: un análisis de las implicaciones de las innovaciones tecnológicas en las transformaciones estructurales de los mercados de trabajo: la precariedad laboral: el caso español (1987-2004)

Abstract

Desde la crisis de los anos 1970 se asiste a un conjunto de transformaciones estructurales que afecta al modo de producción capitalista (MPC) considerado globalmente. Aunque ya en buena medida dichos cambios habían sido anunciados por la teoría, ahora resultan palpables. Se manifiestan en todos los ámbitos de la estructura económica. El objeto de esta tesis es analizar, en este contexto de cambio, las implicaciones que sobre la estructura del empleo y, particularmente, sobre su progresiva precariedad, conlleva, ceteris paribus, el cambio tecnólogico, comparando las características del modelo anterior con el que ahora se anuncia. Es decir, atendiendo a las diferencias estructurales entre el régimen de acumulación fordista y el postfordista; o, si se prefiere, entre la cuarta y la quinta Kondratieff, utilizando la terminología neoschumpeteriana.
