Abstract

Carne Fresca es fruto de una iniciativa en la que ha colaborado la Facultad de Bellas Artes de la Universidad Complutense, a través del Vicedecanato de Extensión Universitaria, y Matadero Madrid. Con el objetivo de fomentar la inclusión de los estudiantes de arte en el ámbito profesional, se puso en marcha una convocatoria abierta a alumnos y alumnas del último curso y, a partir de ella, un jurado de especialistas integrado por El Ranchito, Horacio Fernández y Vicente Todolí destacó 13 proyectos u obras finalistas. Los seleccionados se mostraron al público en la Nave 16 de Matadero Madrid entre el 29 de junio y el 3 de julio de 2011. Contiene: Carne pública, carne escrutada. Arty Endosimbiosis.
