Abstract

La diferencia es tan natural y tan antigua como el ser humano y, sin embargo, desde tiempos remotos el mismo ser humano se ha empeñado en verla como algo negativo, peligroso o incluso sobrenatural, llegando a propiciar su eliminación o aislamiento. La escuela inclusiva ha constituido un reto constante en el terreno educativo durante las últimas décadas. Sin embargo, y aunque se haya avanzado mucho en los últimos veinticinco años, no es todavía una realidad. Y es que, los servicios y apoyos especializados, por sí solos, no garantizan la mejor atención educativa ni mucho menos la inclusividad. Lo realmente fundamental para que se produzca un verdadero cambio en la escuela es un verdadero cambio de actitud y de mentalidad en la sociedad. La “educación para la diversidad” tan en auge últimamente, dada la realidad cambiante del alumnado en nuestro país, cada vez más diverso, esconde todavía prácticas exclusivas, bajo valores de equidad y tolerancia. La propuesta del presente trabajo es reivindicar la inclusión del arteterapia en la escuela para trabajar aspectos que propicien un cambio real hacia la inclusión para, a través del arte, construir una verdadera sociedad más justa e igualitaria. [ABSTRACT] Difference is something as natural and ancient as human being. However, since ancient times, human being have considered these human differences as something bad, dangerous or even supernatural, always trying to isolate them or kill them. During the last decades, inclusive school is been a constant challenge regarding Education. However and despite the steps forward in this field, inclusive school is not a real fact yet. An optimum education and inclusivity are guaranteed not only by the specialized supports or services. What really matters is a true attitude and mentality change in our society.The “Diversity Attention” is been rapidly gaining in importance during the last years due to the change in students reality in our country. But, this concept still hides exclusion behind values like equality or tolerance. My proposal is to claim the inclusion of Art- therapy in the school in order to develop and favour a real change towards inclusion, throw the art.
