The Unidroit Principles of Contract (hereinafter PCUnidroit Text UNIDROIT), in its two versions dated 1994 and 2004, provide and set the general rules for international commercial agreements (Preamble) [Education-Art. 2.1-lines-interpretation of Chapter 4 – early termination of the contract for breach and its consequences, Sections 3 and 4 of Chapter 7 -]. For the establishment of these Principles, the two great legal cultures converge, i.e.. rules provided by the continental and civil Law system, with a renewed meaning related to the customs, and practices of the international trade, with strong Anglo-American influences.
