Abstract

L’estructura i les relacions que s’estableixen en un sistema familiar influeixen en el desenvolupament dels fills. Les experiències negatives que s’hi donen, com les desvaloracions o desqualificacions, poden desestructurar i tenir una influència negativa en la construcció de la personalitat. Un dels trastorns de personalitat que més consulta en els serveis de salut mental és el Trastorn Límit de Personalitat, que es troba en un 2% de la població adulta. Així doncs, el present estudi pretén evidenciar la relació que hi ha entre l’estructura de la família d’origen d’aquests pacients i cercar les intervencions que es duen a terme, així com també valorar la importància de l’aplicació d’una visió relacional per al seu tractament. Per la valoració s’ha administrat el Parental Bonding Instrument (PBI), Cuestionario de Evaluación de las Relaciones Familiares Básicas (CERFB) en famílies on es manté la relació conjugal i la versió que hi inclou la Coparentalitat (CERFB-COP) en les que el matrimoni està separat o divorciat. Finalment, el Dyadic Adjustment Scale (DAS) per a la relació conjugal i el Cuestionario de Adaptación al Divorcio - Separación (CAD-S). Els participants són, per una banda, usuaris i familiars del Centre de Salut Mental del Consorci Sanitari de l’Anoia, i per altra banda, famílies que no han consultat anteriorment cap servei de Salut Mental.

The structure and relationships that are established in a family, influence the development of children. The negative experiences that occur, such as devaluations or disqualifications, can unstructure and have a negative influence on personality construction. One of the most consulted personality disorders in mental health services is Borderline Personality Disorder, which is found in 2% of the adult population. The aim of this research is to highlight the relationship between the family structure of this patients, and look for the interventions that are carried out, as well as validate the importance of the application of a relational vision for its treatment. It has been used the Parental Bonding Instrument (PBI), Cuestionario de Relaciones Familiares Básicas (CERFB) to families where marital relationship is maintained ant its version that includes Coparenting (CERFB-COP) in those which the marriage is separated or divorced. Finally, the Dyadic Adjustment Scale (DAS) for the marital relationship and the Cuestionario de Adaptación al Divorcio – Separación (CAD-S). The participants are on one hand, users and families of the Mental Health Center of Consorci Sanitari de l’Anoia, and on the other hand, families who have not previously attended any mental Health service.
