Introducció: Durant els últims anys, el TDAH ha deixat de ser considerat un trastorn exclusiu de la infància i han crescut les evidències que fonamenten que es tracta d’una patologia que persisteix en l’edat adulta en un 60% dels casos. Tot i això, es considera que el trastorn està sent infradiagnosticat i tractat en aquest sector de la població, amb les conseqüents repercussions que això comporta en la persona, família i societat. Objectiu: Responent a la creixent necessitat de disposar d’eines per realitzar diagnòstics precisos i fiables, la present revisió ha tingut l’objectiu de recopilar i analitzar els instruments de diagnòstic del TDAH en població adulta validats a Espanya. Mètode: Es realitza una revisió sistemàtica d’articles publicats durant els últims deu anys, en anglès i espanyol, a les bases de dades Psycinfo i PubMed. Resultats: S’han identificat 6 instruments validats a Espanya: 2 entrevistes i 4 escales de mesura dels símptomes. Els instruments revisats obtenen propietats psicomètriques robustes per ser considerades eines precises i valides pel diagnòstic dels adults. Tot i això, es recomana realitzar avaluacions completes, utilitzant diverses eines i tipus d’informants.

Introduction: Recently, the ADHD has no longer been considered a childhood exclusive disorder and proofs substantiating it is an adult persisting pathology in 60% of the cases have increased. However, the disorder is considered underdiagnosed and therefore undertreated within this segment of the population, which implies negative repercussion on the patient, its family and society. Objective: In order to meet the needs and have the right tools to precisely and reliably diagnose, this review has aimed to collect and analyse the ADHD tools used in adult population validated in Spain. Method: A systematic review has been done including articles published in the last 10 years in Psycinfo and PubMed databases (in English and Spanish). Results: 6 diagnostic tools have been identified: 2 interviews and 4 symptoms rating scales. They all have enough psychometric properties to be considered accurate and valid tools to diagnose adults. However, using comprehensive evaluations and different tools and sources of information is recommended.
