Abstract

Bu çalısmada amaç, uzamsal regresyon analizinde kullanılacak agırlık matrislerinidüzenlemek üzere farklı uzamsal agırlık fonksiyonlarının olusturulmasıdır. Bu amaçdogrultusunda, incelenen bölgelerin cografi konumlarının yanı sıra farklı etkiler defonksiyonlara dahil edilerek uzamsal agırlık matrisleri düzenlenmis ve uzamsalmodeller olusturulmustur. Birinci bölüm giris niteliginde olup tezi olusturan konubaslıklarından kısaca bahsedilmistir. kinci bölümde; genel olarak uzamsal verilerinyapısı ele alınmıstır. Üçüncü bölümde; uzamsal analizde kullanılabilecek modellerayrıntılı bir biçimde ele alınmıstır. Ayrıca bu modellerin olusturulmasındakullanılacak agırlık matrislerinin elde edilme yöntemlerine de yer verilmistir.Dördüncü bölümde; uzamsal regresyon analizinin uygulanmasında izlenecek süreçve kullanılacak istatistiksel testler açıklanmıstır. Besinci bölümde; olusturulan farklıagırlık fonksiyonları yardımıyla agırlık matrisleri düzenlenmis ve uzamsal regresyonanalizi uygulanmıstır. Analiz sonucunda elde edilen modellerin geçerliliklerisınanmıs ve modeller yardımıyla tahminler yapılmıstır. Son bölüm olan altıncıbölümde ise çalısmanın sonuçları tartısılmıs ve ileriye yönelik yapılabileceklerüzerinde durulmustur.

The aim of this study is to form different spatial weight functions in order to createspatial weight matrix which is used for spatial regression analysis. For this purpose,other impacts are included along with the geographical coordinates of the locations.The first chapter is an introduction chapter which covers the main titles of the thesis.In the second chapter, structures of spatial data are discussed generally. In the thirdchapter, models that can be used in spatial analysis are examined in details. In thefourth chapter, the process of spatial regression analysis and the statistical tests areexamined. Rules for building spatial weight functions are also given in this chapter.In the fifth chapter, spatial weight matrix are built by different spatial weightfunctions and spatial regression analysis applied. Validity of these models arechecked and they are used for prediction. In the sixth chapter which is the finalchapter, the results of the study are discussed and recommendations for future studiesare given.
