Abstract

Este plan de negocio para la comercialización de carne de cuy al mercado de Lima Metropolitana se ha elaborado para desarrollar un espíritu emprendedor a largo plazo. Aunque el sector de producción de cuy es muy amplio, su comercialización en grandes cantidades no es la adecuada, lo que ha llevado a validar escenarios para su comercialización cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad desde la asesoría a los proveedores en la crianza hasta la entrega del producto final. Se debe considerar los costos en la producción aplicando técnicas de crianza en la genética y alimentación balanceada, lo que conlleva a obtener un producto de calidad que cumpla con los estándares requeridos por los consumidores finales. El objetivo de este plan de negocio es determinar los elementos clave a considerar en la empresa Munay Cuy para la comercialización de carne de cuy al mercado de Lima Metropolitana, así como proponer un plan de marketing y un plan de operación para mejorar los resultados en su producción y rentabilidad. La metodología que se utilizó fue la recolección de datos a través de documentos técnicos de diversas instituciones (INEI, Minagri, Sunat). Se recolectaron los datos a través de entrevista a expertos y encuestas, entre otros. Luego de terminado el plan de negocio se ha determinado que es viable debido a que se obtuvo un VAN positivo (S/ 282,292) y la TIR (145.56 %) que es mayor al costo de oportunidad planteado, por lo que se puede indicar que el plan de negocio genera rentabilidad y por lo tanto es viable.
