Evaluación de la ejecución del presupuesto por resultados en programas presupuestales del Hospital Regional Moquegua, periodo 2012 - 2013

Abstract

La presente investigación se planteó como objetivo analizar la correspondencia entre la implementación del presupuesto por resultados y la ejecución presupuestal en programas presupuestales del Hospital Regional de Moquegua, durante el periodo 2012 – 2013. Se plantea como un estudio con diseño no experimental transeccional descriptivo comparativo. La población está constituida por el conjunto de Programas presupuestales del Hospital Regional planificados durante el período 2012 – 2013. La muestra estuvo constituida por setenta i siete (77) programas presupuestales efectivamente realizados durante el período señalado. Para efectos de la recolección de datos, se aplicó la técnica del análisis de documentos y una ficha de registro. En los resultados, se encontró que no existe correspondencia entre la implementación del presupuesto por resultados y la ejecución presupuestal, tanto a nivel general, en los programas en conjunto, como en forma específica, en cada programa presupuestal.
