Abstract

A nivel mundial se considera que los trabajadores son de suma importante para que una empresa tenga éxito, es por ello que se considera importante evaluar el desempeño de los mismos de tal manera que cada día se mejore como empresa o institución buscando alcanzar las meta y objetivos organizacionales. Se tiene como objetivo “Determinar la evaluación del desarrollo de los Recursos Humanos en la Escuela de Posgrado de la universidad nacional José Faustino Sánchez Carrión – Huacho 2022”, la metodología de investigación del presente trabajo es de tipo básico, de nivel correlacional, de diseño no experimental y de enfoque cuantitativo, la población está conformada por 19 trabajadores y la muestra está conformada por el total de la población, se llega la conclusión que afirma la hipótesis alternativa “La evaluación del desarrollo de los Recursos Humanos es adecuada en la Escuela de Posgrado de la universidad nacional José Faustino Sánchez Carrión – Huacho 2022”, rechazándose la hipótesis nula
