İş makinalarında hidrolik sistemde kullanılan yağın sistem performansına etkisisnin incelenmesi

Abstract

The oil used in the hydraulic systems of construction equipments significantly affects the life and efficiency of hydraulic systems. Oil analysis, which is conducted with the aim of maintaining the performance of the hydraulic system, is one of the protective maintenance programs that are performed during applications to prevent the maintenance costs and the time lost during maintenance. The more the protective maintenance program provides financial gain to the user, the more it gets closer to its goal. The application of oil analyses is economical, fast and easy and also offers savings. The oil analysis is the fastest, the most certain, and the most reliable way of seeing the condition of the structure of the hydraulic system. With the help of oil analyses, it is possible to receive a warning before any major failure occurs. In this study, a detailed analysis is conducted on the hydraulic oils used in construction equipments. The viscosity of the oils and the materials that can be found in the oils such as copper, iron, contaminants, water, and metals, which can wear off the pistons and the internal structure of the hydraulic systems were analyzed. The structural effects of the abrasives on the oil properties in the hydraulic system and the effects of different working durations and working environments of the construction equipment are examined in detail. This study showed benefits like increasing the efficiency of the equipment, decreasing the maintenance costs, and increasing the life of the equipment. The effects of the working conditions of the construction equipments are shown and it has been revealed that the harmful substances in the oil content are affected 35% more in very dusty environments such as tunnels than in clean environments. Considering the working durations, it has been seen that the extended working duration causes the risk of poor system performance and problems. The reason for the values that were obtained as a result of this analysis and the reasons that increase these values are explained with examples.
