La gestión del talento humano y el logro de las competencias laborales en los servidores municipales -Lima

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo general, determinar la relación entre la gestión del talento humano y el logro de las competencias laborales en los servidores municipales, Lima. Se investigó una población de 47,732 trabajadores municipales de la ciudad de Lima y la muestra de 345 personas; y las variables fueron la gestión del talento humano y las competencias laborales. Fue una investigación con enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental, descriptiva transeccional-correlacional, donde se aplicó una escala ordinal, obteniendo una confiabilidad de 0,92 para la gestión del talento humano y 0,82 para las competencias laborales. Asimismo, la validez de los instrumentos de recopilación de datos, realizados con el soporte estadístico del programa SPSS y la opinión o juicio de expertos. Se concluyó que existe una relación significativa entre las variables de Gestión del talento humano y el logro de competencias laborales en los servidores municipales-Lima. Esto debido a que el nivel de significancia calculada fue de p<0,05 y el coeficiente de Rho de Spearman tuvo un valor de rho=0,241, interpretándose como relación positiva baja entre las variables.
