La justice restaurative des mineurs

Abstract

L’École nationale de protection judiciaire de la jeunesse (ENPJJ) organise, le jeudi 2 juin 2016, une journée d’étude consacrée à la justice restaurative des mineurs. Portée par le service de la recherche et de la documentation de l’Ecole, cette journée s’inscrit en droite ligne de la parution du 59e numéro de la revue professionnelle Les Cahiers dynamiques, consacré à ce thème. Cette journée d’étude se donne pour objectif de comparer, sur les plans théorique et pratique, l’expérimentation et la mise en œuvre de la justice restaurative dans le champ de la Protection judiciaire de la jeunesse, en France et en Belgique. Le partage des expérimentations permettra : de cerner les difficultés des professionnels français et belges ; de trouver des conditions favorables à l’implémentation de cette forme de justice ; de discuter des apports et des bénéfices qu’elle promet dans le traitement du phénomène criminel juvénile.
