Abstract

Les nanotechnologies, technologies émergentes, ont permis la création, dans le cadre d'une concurrence internationale, de nano-objets. Certains d'entre eux sont à usage médical et procurent des outils diagnostiques, thérapeutiques ou de surveillance du corps humain. L'objet de ce colloque sera d'amener à réfléchir sur d'éventuelles perspectives d'évolutions normatives tant au niveau du droit interne qu'au niveau du droit européen en y associant des regards non juridiques (médicaux et éthiques).
