Abstract

Le concept de « gestion des connaissances » trouve ses premières traces dans les propos de Taylor (1911) à travers le management scientifique, soit la nécessité de capturer et mutualiser l’ensemble des connaissances des employés afin que celles-ci profitent à l’entreprise sur le long terme, le but étant de minimiser la dépendance d’une entreprise envers ses salariés. Déjà étaient abordées les notions de capitalisation, de partage et de circulation des connaissances au sein de l’entreprise afin de créer de nouvelles connaissances voire d’innover. Outre la dépendance d’une entreprise envers ses salariées, l’objectif était de savoir comment les choses étaient réalisées et surtout comment les faire de manière efficiente.
