Abstract

Le colloque investira le champ d’interrogations autour de l’innovation et de sa dualité, à la fois au cœur de la recherche de compétitivité économique (avec ses implications sociales d’investissement dans le capital humain et de maîtrise de la cohésion sociale) et en même temps au cœur des nouvelles aspirations sociales (nouvelles formes de solidarité et de fonctionnements sociaux produisant leur propre logique économique, leurs implications managériales et financières et parfois leurs propres systèmes de financement). Pouvant donner lieu à des analyses globales, sectorielles ou monographiques, ces entrées par les innovations sociales et économiques peuvent se décliner en plusieurs axes de travail : Nouvelles pratiques sociales, développement socioéconomique, soutenabilité ; Nouveaux modèles économiques et sociaux, flexicurité, sécurisation des parcours professionnels ; Nouvelles formes d’entreprise, nouvelles formes d’organisation ; Nouvelles dynamiques institutionnelles, dialogue social et gouvernance ; Nouvelles méthodologies, concepts et mesures.
