Abstract

Le Réseau européen pour l’histoire de l’enseignement du droit organise à Strasbourg, les jeudi 11 et vendredi 12 octobre 2012, un colloque intitulé « Disciplines juridiques, disciplines scientifiques ? Troisième rencontre d’histoire des facultés de droit, XIXe-XXIe siècles ». Ce colloque invite à croiser des regards interdisciplinaires sur les évolutions institutionnelles et intellectuelles des facultés de droit françaises et européennes comme sur celles de la science juridique. Seront plus particulièrement explorés les thèmes de la frontière et de la circulation des savoirs, de la capacité des juristes à répondre aux besoins changeant de la société civile, et celui de la constitution d’une science juridique autonome.
