Abstract

Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar e mapear os principais atores da malha de expansão da produção não convencional de alimentos no Espírito Santo (ES) durante o período do fim dos anos 1960 até o fim dos anos 1990, momento que esse alimento era chamado de « alternativo » ao convencional. Para desenvolver a temática, foi realizada busca documental nas organizações históricas, e canal eletrônico (sites), experiência etnográfica com os agricultores nas atuais feiras orgânicas e nos locais de produção dos alimentos. Foram identificados e representados em grafos, os fluxos e trajetos dos agricultores e alimentos no estado e analisado o histórico de instituições que marcaram o desenvolvimento agroecológico no Espírito Santo. Foi dado destaque à Associação de Programa em Tecnologias Alternativas (APTA), Associação de Produtores Santamarienses em defesa da Vida (APSAD-VIDA) e a Associação Chão Vivo.

Esta investigación tiene el objetivo de analizar y mapear los principales actores de la red de expansión de producción de alimentos no convencionales en Espírito Santo entre fines de los años 1960 hasta los años 1990, cuando ese tipo de alimento se llamaba « alternativo » al convencional. Para eso, fue realizada una investigación documental en las organizaciones históricas y sitios en la internet, además de experiencias etnográficas con agricultores en las ferias orgánicas y en los locales de producción. Se identificaron flujos y trayectorias de los agricultores y alimentos en el estado, también fue analizado el histórico de instituciones que marcaron el desarrollo agroecológico en ES, destacando la Associação de Programa en Tecnologías Alternativas (APTA), la Associação de Produtores Santamarienses em defesa de la Vida (APSAD-VIDA) y la Associação Chão Vivo.

This study aims to analyze and map the main actors of the unconventional food production’s expansion in Espírito Santo (ES) from the end of 1960 until the end of 1990, when that food was called « alternative » to conventional. In order to develop the study, the research was conducted at historical organizations, websites, through ethnographic experience with farmers, street market and at the farm’s production. The farmers and the food’s path in the state were identified and represented trough graphs. It was also analyzed the historical institutions that highlights in the agroecological development at the state. It has been given emphasis to Associação de Programa em Tecnologias Alternativas (APTA), Associação de Produtores Santamarienses em defesa da Vida (APSAD-VIDA) and to Associação Chão Vivo.
