Travail, emploi, protection sociale (2009-2010)

Abstract

Le séminaire TEMPS (Travail, emploi, protection sociale) 2009-2010 du Centre d'économie de la Sorbonne est consacré aux évolutions conjointes de la protection sociale et du marché du travail pour les plus pauvres. Les analyses qui prédisent la « dualisation » de la protection sociale en France fondent leur prédiction sur la part croissante qu’occupent les dispositifs ciblés dans les politiques sociales alors que la protection sociale « de qualité » serait désormais réservée à un petit nombre « d’insiders ». Cependant, on peut penser qu’il existe aussi des phénomènes de fragmentation accompagnant, selon les secteurs, des processus d’étatisation ou de privatisation et d’individualisation. La polarisation béveridgienne (britannique) entre une logique de « safety net » pour les plus pauvres, et une protection sociale largement privée pour les autres est un des scénarios.
