Enseignement secondaire et territoires alpins

Abstract

L'évolution de l'enseignement secondaire, en France comme dans les pays européens, est naturellement le fruit des transformations politiques, sociales et économiques qu'ont connues ces pays. Mais elle doit aussi être comprise dans les ajustements entre des offres de formation et des attentes locales, au niveau de chaque établissement et territoire scolaire, qui possèdent ainsi une histoire et une identité spécifiques. Les particularismes alpins, considérés à différentes échelles et de points de vue – culturel, social, économique, religieux –, sont-ils perceptibles dans l'histoire de l'enseignement secondaire ? Peut-on, par-delà les frontières, observer des inflexions comparables, voire convergentes entre les territoires alpins ? En somme, existe-t-il une « identité alpine » de l'histoire de l'enseignement secondaire ? C'est à ces questions qu'une vingtaine de spécialistes, éclairant des établissements, des territoires et des pays différents, va tenter d'apporter des réponses au cours des trois journées de ce colloque international.
