Abstract

Este Congreso Internacional sobre la “Ayuda humanitaria a la población civil en una Europa en guerra (1914-1949)” es una de las principales actividades del proyecto europeo MIGRAID- Migrations and Humanitarian Aid in Europe (1919-1949)-MIGRAID (Ref: 608379). Con ella queremos llamar la atención sobre la importancia, el interés, la necesidad y la actualidad de la ayuda humanitaria y a la vez divulgar y fomentar el conocimiento y el debate sobre las actividades desarrolladas por organizaciones de socorro, delegados y voluntarios en algunos de los periodos más convulsos de la historia de Europa en el siglo XX.
