Langue spécialisée / langue de spécialité et enseignement : quelle didactisation ?

Abstract

Être étudiant ne se résume pas à écouter un enseignant parler mais suppose l’appartenance à un milieu d’enseignement où circule un certain langage, qui n’est pas celui du quotidien. L’étudiant reçoit, interprète, comprend puis manipule un langage complexe qui est le fruit d’un travail orchestré par un nouveau type d’acteur : l’enseignant chercheur. La réussite à l’université semble donc ainsi conditionnée par le degré d’appropriation des discours propres au domaine universitaire, qu’il s’agisse de les comprendre ou de les produire, et force est de constater que cette appropriation fait l’objet de nombreux questionnements chez les enseignants comme chez les spécialistes. Comment « vulgariser » ou « didactiser » en tenant sa place dans la communauté scientifique ? Que dire des métissages des langues (arabe, français berbères) ?
