Abstract

Dans la suite du numéro de Rhizome n°51 « actualités et sens de l’accompagnement au logement », ce Rhizome n°71 questionne ce qu’est « habiter ». Il y a aujourd’hui consensus pour dire qu’« habiter » est davantage que « se loger » et qu’il y a un enjeu à s’approprier son logement ou son abri. En conséquence, habiter n’est pas seulement être hébergé ou se loger. Surtout, ce numéro s’inscrit dans un contexte d’innovation sociale autour de l’habitat, notamment avec le développement des politiques de « logement d’abord » mais aussi la pérennisation et l’extension du programme « un chez soi d’abord ».
