Efecto citoprotector del aceite de molle (Schinus molle) en lesiones gástricas inducidas con etanol en ratas

Abstract

Objetivo. Determinar el efecto citoprotector del aceite de molle (Schinus molle) en lesiones gástricas inducidas con etanol en ratas. Métodos. Se diseñó un estudio experimental, con 60 ratas albinas machos y hembras de edad adulta. La investigación se realizó en el bioterio de la Facultad de Medicina Veterinaria y Zootecnia de la Universidad Nacional Hermilio Valdizán de Huánuco, durante el periodo julio a diciembre del 2016. Se dividió en 3 grupos de 20 ratas cada uno, dos grupos experimentales y un grupo control. Los datos se obtuvieron mediante una guía de observación y se utilizó la prueba Chi cuadrada. Resultados. Se encontraron diferencias significativas entre el grupo experimental 1 (47,6%); grupo experimental 2 (28,6%); grupo control (23,8%), con citoprotección de cada 8 horas en las lesiones gástricas inducidas con etanol (P≤0,038). Es decir la aplicación de cada 8 horas de aceite de molle en dosis de 0,15 ul protege significativamente la mucosa gástrica. Pero no se encontraron diferencias significativas entre el grupo experimental 1 (31,3%); grupo experimental 2 (31,3%); grupo control (37,5%), con citoprotección de cada 16 horas en las lesiones gástricas inducidas con etanol (P≤0,05). Conclusiones. El molle extraído de laboratorio (Schinus molle) a dosis 0,15 ul tiene efecto citoprotector en lesiones gástricas inducidas con etanol en ratas, sobre todo con citoprotección de cada 8 horas.
