El consumo de alcohol y drogas y su influencia en la delincuencia femenina en Huánuco – 2014

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo el objetivo de determinar la influencia del consumo de alcohol y drogas en la delincuencia femenina, en Huánuco - 2014. El diseño fue no experimental con una muestra de 49 mujeres sentenciadas a pena suspendida y 37 a pena efectiva seleccionadas por muestreo probabilístico, aleatorio simple, a quienes se aplicó satisfactoriamente una encuesta estructurada. Luego de análisis inferencial, los resultados establecen que se existe una influencia directa entre el consumo de alcohol y drogas con la delincuencia femenina, pues las mujeres cometen delitos en estado de ebriedad y/o drogadicción, siendo los índices más altos cuando el consumo es habitual o social. Consideramos que el Estado Peruano tiene la obligación de luchar contra el crimen; sin embargo la política criminal a aplicarse debe ser aquella que abarque no solo el área punitiva (endurecimiento de penas y el sistema penitenciario); sino en un sentido multidisciplinario, es decir establecer lineamientos de prevención o profilaxis en el consumo de alcohol y drogas en mujeres en edad escolar, mediante programas educativos y sociales, pero además rescatar a las mujeres que se encuentran en situación de alcoholismo y drogadicción para rehabilitarlas y reeducarlas en valores sociales. Incluso en políticas penitenciarias y post penitenciarias para evitar situaciones de reincidencia delictiva.
