Manejo del dolor post histerectomía

Abstract

PALABRAS CLAVE: histerectomía; histerectomía parcial; histerectomía total; histerectomía radical; dolor; operación; postoperatorio; analgesia; terapia no farmacológica; técnica por laparoscopia; técnica vaginal; técnica abdominal.

Currently, there are different procedures to perform the surgery can be performed vaginally, abdominal or robotic. The intensity of post-surgical pain will be related to the technique used in the intervention, the type of hysterectomy and the analgesia administered. It is important to know the surgery in order to prevent it from the preoperative stage and to be able to control it better in the postoperative phase. KEYWORDS: hysterectomy; partial hysterectomy; total hysterectomy; radical hysterectomy; pain; operation; postoperative; analgesia; non-pharmacological therapy; laparoscopic technique; vaginal technique; abdominal technique.
