Reoperaciones múltiples de arterias coronarias

Abstract

It is a retrospective study of 31 patients, which were treated with coronary reoperations for third or fourth time, in 15 years of experience in Toledo, Ohio. The more frecuent indication was recurrent angina grade Ill or IV of the New York Classification. The most used method was mixed cardioplegie, with sternal opening since xifoid. 12-year survival was 74%. It concludes that young age, incomplete Previous revascularization, 1 or 2 ill arteries and obstruction of grafts to anterior descendent coronary, are Predictors of reintervention. Venous grafts are more susceptible to Produce Peripheric embolisms, and this study purposes the use of Mamarias Internal Artery grafts for decrease this complications.
