Abstract

In a concurrent and national multicenter study where the month schema was applied in 211 Public health workers from the IPSS, the immunogenicity (seroconversion, seroprotection, overresponse and geometrical mean) Produced by the Cuban recompounded vaccine against type B viral hepatitis in our environment was investigated. The Tecknica's immunoenzymatic method. In only 75 days after having begun the schema, 97% of seroprotection was obtained, observing a higher immunogenicity in women with less than 40 years. Due to its symmetry, short latency and protection grade, we recommend the application of this schema as a part of the control Program on the type B viral hepatitis.
