A través del manual se brinda información detallada sobre aspectos de limpieza, desinfección y esterilización de diversos materiales, que son empleados en un laboratorio de cultivo de microalgas. Por ello, en este documento se describen los procedimientos que se aplican en el Laboratorio de Alimento Vivo del Instituto del Mar del Perú (IMARPE).
ABSTRACT: This manual provides detailed information on cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of various materials used in a microalgae culture laboratory. Therefore, this document describes the procedures applied in the Live Food Laboratory of the Instituto del Mar del Peru (IMARPE).
