Describe las acciones de la operación ESACAn realizada entre el 21 de marzo y el 25 de mayo de 1977, en el área Cabo Blanco y Punta Aguja. Presenta los principales trabajos de campo consistentes en medición de corrientes, observaciones intensivas de parámetros meteorológicos y oceanográficos, complementados con observaciones biológicas.
