Abstract

Presenta la investigación tecnológica efectuada por IMARPE a fin de evaluar las pérdidas de sólidos de la sanguaza (proveniente del pescado pero que incluye agua de mar, producto de la conducción, manipulación y transporte del recurso hacia las fábricas) y elabora métodos de recuperación de estos sólidos, que constituyen materia prima que se pierde durante los procesos a los que se le somete al recurso.
