Abstract

El trabajo de investigación denominado Comercio Exterior de la Región Amazonas y sus Ventajas Comparativas, tuvo como propósito identificar las ventajas comparativas en la producción del sector agrícola y determinar los productos del sector que tienen mayores ventajas comparativas; se identificó que el Café es uno de los productos exportables por naturaleza en Amazonas, sin embargo Amazonas tiene problemas que les viene costando superar su desarrollo económico en los últimos años; en el agro la región Amazonas tan solo el 4.1% de su superficie total está destinada para la producción agrícola, el 5.4% a pastos naturales y el 26.3% tierras aptas para la producción forestal; esta región tiene una producción del 8.2% del arroz que produce el Perú, 13.3% del cacao y el 15.5% del café; muy a pesar de contar con otros recursos como la soya, el plátano, la madera, y especies en aves la actividad agropecuaria solo se exporto en el año 2015 32.4 millones, después de Ucayali y Loreto.
