Abstract

El objetivo general del presente trabajo es desarrollar un "Texto: Comportamiento Organizacional", en forma ordenada y sistemática que permite a los estudiantes universitarios ampliar y reforzar sus conocimientos teóricos prácticos relacionado con el comportamiento humano en las organizaciones de nuestra sociedad. Asimismo el texto trata de describir y explicar en forma clara y precisa las diferentes variables del comportamiento humano a nivel individual, grupal y organizacional, la misma que llenara el vacío bibliográfico existente en nuestro medio. La importancia del estudio radica en que el presente texto, es importante porque nos sirve como un texto de consulta a efectos de ampliar y reforzar el proceso'de enseñanza- aprendizaje d3e esta materia en función con las competencias y contenidos de la estructura curricular de las facultades de ingeniería industrial, ingeniería de sistemas, administración, psicología y demás ciencias sociales. En tal sentido su aporte es importante para la sociedad, la cultura y p-articularmente los beneficiarios serán los jóvenes universitarios del país y de otros países. La justificación de la misma, consiste en que en nuestro país existe pocos textos de comportamiento organizacional escritos por autores peruanos; esta es la razón Por lá cual nos ha motivado proponer un texto de manera clara, precisa y adecuada para los estudiantes universitarios y de esta manera contribuir con el desarrollo de las unidades temáticas que comprende la asignatura de Comportamiento Organizacional tanto a nivel individual, grupal y organizacional
