Abstract

Cuando un paciente presenta dolor debido a problemas de índole artrítico o similar, se requiere de medicamentos antinflamatorios, analgésicos por la que el diclofenaco, medicamento que pertenece a la categoría de los AINE (antiflamatorio no esteroideo ), su acción farmacológica está destinada a disminuir aquellas sustancias químicas que son causantes de la inflamación, y el dolor. Actúa inhibiendo la síntesis de prostaglandinas; desempeñando una acción importante en la aparición de la inflamación, el dolor, la fiebre. Se absorbe en forma rápida y luego de ingerir 50 mg, las concentraciones plasmáticas alcanzan el valor máximo de 3.9 umol/1 al cabo de 20 a 60 minutos. La mitad de las dosis se metaboliza en el hígado y se fija 99% a las proteínas séricas (albúminas). Se excreta 60% por orina en forma de metabolitos, mientras que el resto se elimina por la bilis, por las heces. Siendo el objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación, identificar el diclofenaco, para lo cual se va a recurrir a los métodos o técnicas instrumentales como la espectrofotometría u.v.-visible, espectrofotometría FTIR (espectrofotometría infrarroja con transformada de Fourier) y la cromatografía en medicamentos comerciales, de cuyo resultado se determinará la presencia del diclofenaco concluyéndose que se trata de un medicamento que está presente en dichos medicamentos.
