Objective: In this study, patients treated with distal hypospadias and discuscion of our results with literature were aimed. Material and Methods: 46 patients, who underwent distal hypospadias repair in the recent 2,5 years, were avaluated according to age, meatal localization, chordee status, the type of operation technique, postoperative urethral catheterization and hospitalization time, associated genitourinary anomalies, early and late complications. Results: 4 of 46 cases were treated with 'Meatoplasty and Glanuloplasty (MAGPI) technique and 42 of them were treated with 'Eccentric circummeatal-based (ECMB) flap' technique combined with limited urethral mobilization. The mean age of patients, who followed-up17.54 months average, was 5.52 ± 1.51. Three cases were accompanied by chordee. There was no early postoperative complications but meatal stricture developed in 3 cases lately that respond to dilatation. Conclusion: ECMB distal flap repair is a technique that can be preferred in patients with hiposypadias, because of excellent surgical and cosmetic results, low complication rate, allowing to chordee correction.

Amaç: Bu çalışmada kliniğimizde distal hiposipadias nedeni ile tedavi edilen olguların incelenmesi ve sonuçlarımızın literatür eşliğinde tartışılması amaçlanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Son 2,5 yılda distal hiposipadias onarımı yapılan 46 olgu yaş, meatusun yeri, kordi olup olmadığı, kullanılan cerrahi teknik, postoperatif üretral sonda ve hastanede yatış süresi, erken ve geç dönem komplikasyonlar, eşlik eden diğer genitoüriner problemler açısından incelendi. Bulgular: 46 olgunun 4’ünde ‘Meatoplasty and Glanuloplasty (MAGPİ)’ yöntemi, 42’sinde ‘Eccentric circummeatal-based (ECMB) flap’ yöntemi sınırlı üretral mobilizasyonla kombine olarak uygulandı. Ortalama 17,54 ay takip edilen olguların yaş ortalaması 5,52±1,51 idi. Üç olguda kordi eşlik ediyordu. Erken dönemde komplikasyon görülmezken geç dönemde 3 olguda dilatasyona yanıt veren meatal darlık gelişti. Sonuç: Cerrahi ve kozmetik sonuçlarının iyi, komplikasyon oranın düşük olması ve kordi düzeltilmesine imkan tanıması nedeni ile ECMB flepli onarım distal hipospadiaslı olgularda tercih edilebilecek bir tekniktir.
