Actividad biocida de actinomicetos para el control de Fusarium sp y Rhizoctonia sp en Chenopodium quinoa “quinua”, Lambayeque. 2016

Abstract

Con el objeto de obtener actinomicetos con actividad biocida y determinar su eficiencia para el control de Fusarium sp y Rhizoctonia sp en Chenopodium quinoa “quinua”, se tomaron 24 muestras de suelos eriazos del campo experimental del Parque Científico de la USS, para su identificación morfológica y fisiológica. De las 24 muestras procesadas se aislaron 67 cepas de actinomicetos, los cuales fueron caracterizados fenotípicamente, usando pruebas morfológicas y fisiológicas, luego según el enfrentamiento dual que se sometieron, fueron clasificados según la actividad biocida “in vitro” frente a los hongos Fusarium y Rhizoctonia. Solo 42 presentaron actividad biocida frente a los hongos mencionados, de las cuales las cepas Q113 y Q33 fueron las cepas que presentaron efecto biocida en ambos hongos fitopatógenos. Posteriormente las cepas fueron caracterizadas genéticamente mediante al ADNr 16s, determinándose que 39 de ellos se agruparon dentro del género Streptomices y 3 con otros actinomicetos relacionados con los géneros Nocardiopsis y Prauseria.
